Warranty Exchange Process Overview
When it is found that a product isn't operating correctly and it is within the Fair Play Warranty period (
See attached). To request a warranty exchange simply fill out the form at the following link.

Once a warranty exchange is approved and processed, the customer will receive an email notifying as such with an estimated ship date for the replacement part. Once that part has shipped, an email is sent to the customer with the shipping information.
The customer has 30 days to return the defective item once they receive the new item. Additional time can be made upon request. After 30 days, the customer will be invoiced for the full retail price of the part and any shipping cost.
