I’m concerned about interference from a nearby cell phone relay tower jamming the wireless signal during a game. Is the Fair-Play wireless system adequately protected from something like that?
Regardless of which channel or transmit mode the wireless MP-70 is set to, the control’s radio signal is redundantly transmitted 16 times across a wide bandwidth using Spread Spectrum Technology. This technology was developed for U.S. military use to attain a high level of reliability. SST transmission protocol is designed to hinder interference effects from cell phones, cordless devices, microwaves and other RF devices as well as provide security from signal jamming.
